You are absolutely free to purchase any products form the coupons you receive from time to time except for the products in 'Iconic Deals Categories (IDC)'. Please remember to use the coupon within One month of receiving it.

8. How many items can I purchase from 'Iconic Deals Categories' (IDC)'?

Products in Iconic Deals Categories (IDC)' are available at steep discount and available at limited quantity . Only 1 items can be purchased at a time, since product items in these categories are not meant for bulk purchase.

9. What do I do if a coupon issued by MyIconicHome is not working?

Your coupon may not be working because of any of the following reasons:

    • The validity of the coupon may have expired
    • The coupon may have already been used
    • The coupon may not be applicable on products in the 'Iconic Deals Categories (IDC)'. These products are already at their best price and hence, further discount offer coupons are not applicable on them
    • The coupon will not work if the Shopping Cart Value is less than the value required for the coupon to be applicable. For example – if the coupon is be valid only for purchases above Rs. 500, then in such a case the coupon will not be applicable for cart values less than Rs. 500
    • The coupon may be linked with a user account (or email) to which it was sent. Login to the correct user account for availing the coupon discount

11. How to apply a discount coupon on my order?

Once you click on View your Cart, you will be able to view your cart page with all the products you have selected for purchase. In the left bottom end of the page you will find a box asking for Vouchers. Over there enter your voucher code and click on Proceed.

12. What are the payment types / modes accepted by MyIconicHome?

Following Payment Options are currently available on MyIconicHome:

13.  How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?

MyIconicHome provides you with the facility of making cash payments at time of delivery of the confirmed order. The payment will be required to be made to the delivery person at time of receiving the product. Please ensure that the product packaging has not been tampered with, before making the payment and receiving the order. Kindly note you will need to make the payment before opening the product packaging.

14. Do I have to pay any charges for availing Cash On Delivery (COD) service?

Yes, for each transaction we charge a nominal non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 50/-. 

15. What is the maximum order value for which I can opt for COD?

You can choose the COD payment option for any order value which is less than or equal to Rs.10,000/-

We will be treating all your personal information highly confidential. We keep your information encrypted on our servers and will not disclose / share it with any third party at any point of time. Your personal information is only used to contact you regarding your order, to deliver your products and to send communication that you may have opted to receive as appropriately.

18. How safe Is it safe to use my credit card or provide bank details on MyIconicHome?

We have outsourced our payment management to PAYUMONEY and they strictly follow RBI guidelines for online payments including using ‘MasterCard 3D Secure’ PIN and 'Verified by VISA' PIN. All transactions are processed through secure bank servers, which are PCI DSS- II compliant thereby, providing the highest level of security while processing your online payments.

19. What can I do if I am not happy with the product bought on ? What is your Returns Policy?

If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased through our website, you can send it back and get a replacement / refund as applicable. We will help you to have hassle free return experience. Here are some quick things to know about return/refund:

20. How do I initiate return online?

Returns can be initiated by either online or by calling us

To initiate a return online through My Account:

  1. You can initiate the Return Request online by logging in and going to “Order History And Details” and click on the specific order number. All the products under the Order will be displayed
  2. Click on the specific product which you wish to return and Specify the reason you wish to return under Merchandise Return Tab and click on “Make an RMA Slip
  3. Now, your Return Request is submitted. You will get a call from us within 24 -48 hours to confirm the return process and the return process will be initiated.

In case you bought the item as a guest user and therefore, cannot access 'My Account' then please call us. Or, for friendly guidance through your return process, call our customer support team any day between 9am to 7pm IST on 044-42504255.

21. What is the time period for return ?

The buyer can return the Product within the Return Period. The Return period is up to maximum of 30 Days from the time product delivery to the customer or the return period mentioned on the product by the seller as appropriately.

22. What are your return condition ?

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, at all times. Don't worry!

Returns are applicable within 30 Days of receipt of faulty Product. The time frame starts from date the product was delivered to the customer as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners


Product must be returned to the seller in new / unused condition with all the original packing, tags, peripherals, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact to claim suitable replacement / guarantee / warrantee as applicable.


We will pick up product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however locations where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to the seller. The courier Charges will be as applicable


On certain items like Appliances & Electronics etc. Seller's Brand's Warranty may supersede our Return Policy.


For Non Furniture category Return is only applicable on the receipt of incorrect or damaged product.


Returns for Furniture and Lighting category will be accepted only for Damaged / Defective products. Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery of the specific product.

23. What can lead to cancellation of my order?

MyIconicHome sources products from several merchants spread across the country. While our team does its best to ensure that the products are available with the merchant at all times, and that the regular stock updates are done, there could still be a possibility of your order getting cancelled due to one or more of the below mentioned reasons

  • When a product is rejected in our Quality Check process.
    When the product stock is exhausted with our vendors.
    When our logistic partners are unable to deliver to the desired delivery location.

24.  Do I have to pay for shipping ?

We provide free delivery pan-India . However for orders below Rs. 500/-, shipping charges of Rs. 50/- are applicable

25. Is there a shipping charge for Cash On Delivery (COD)?

Yes, a shipping cost of Rs 50/- is charged on all Cash On Delivery (COD) Order Value less than Rs. 500/-

26. How long does it take for delivery?

When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 3 Days and gets delivered within the delivery time of the product, mentioned on the product page.

27. How do I know if a product can be delivered to my address?

Please enter your delivery pin code on the product page to know whether that product can be delivered to your address.

28. How do I know if a product is available on Cash on Delivery (COD) at my address?

Yes, COD Facility is available if your address is within our operational area of delivery. Please enter your PINCODE number into check if the delivery is available to your address within our operational area

29. Do you supply furniture outside chennai?

At present we supply furniture only in Chennai , since we won’t be able to provide installation service outside Chennai. But if you are confident you can do installation by yourself , then you can call us in our customer care number between 9 am - 7 pm or mail to us at

30. Do I have to pay extra for assembly of the furniture provided by MyIconicHome?

No, you do not pay extra for assembly within Chennai, If you require supply and installation outside Chennai please call us in our customer care number between 9 am - 7 pm or mail to us at , we will confirm if such service can be provided at your location.

31. Do you ship internationally?

As of now MyIconicHome doesn’t ship the product Internationally . However, we allow you to make purchases for your loved ones in India from anywhere in the world by using your international credit/ debit cards. You need to ensure that the Shipping Address is in India.

32. I just placed an order online, when will I get my order?

The delivery timelines vary from one product to the other. The exact dates are mentioned on the product information page. For shipping and delivery dates, you may also refer to the order confirmation email sent to your registered email address.

33. Can you send all my products in one shipment?

We source home and furniture products from thousands of merchants spread across the country. Therefore the shipping timelines and the location from where the products are shipped vary from one product to the other. We ship the products as soon as they are received from the merchants and hence, you could receive multiple shipments for one order on MyIconicHome. In case you have some special requests, please call us any day between 9 AM and  7 pm or call 044-24502455 and we will our best to accommodate your request.

34. Do I need to pay any other taxes for the purchases made on MyIconicHome?

No. All the prices mentioned in our site are inclusive of taxes. So you need not pay additional taxes .

35. Why does the promised shipping date vary from one product to the other?

We source home and furniture products from thousands of merchants spread across the country. The shipping and delivery time for a product is determined by various factors including the kind of product (standard product or made –to-order), location from where product is procured and logistic network available in your location. Hence, the shipping and delivery dates may vary from one product to the other.


36. My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team immediately. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package. If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In these situations, reserves the right to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will fully refund you the amount.

37. How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
